Taste of Spring Event
Join us for the Taste of Spring, Saturday, April 12, 2008 from 10:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
Enjoy delicious complimentary cheese samples and taste gourmet foods from Earth & Vine provisions introducing their Culinary Sauces made just for artisan cheeses, dessert and as a finishing sauce; Sciabica's and Son's Olive Oil, Girl and the Fig of Sonoma and Columbus sampling various salami's, gourmet chocolates and gourmet cheeses
Wine Tasting is from 12:00 p.m. to 3:00 p.m. featuring a variety of local vintner's.
1:00 p.m. is a cheese and wine pairing with time to visit with the experts. Learn how to pair California wines with a variety of different cheese and flavors.
Wine Tasting is $10.00 for a sample of each of the wines. Must be over age 21.
